The staff went above and beyond to make my 20th anniversary celebration special. They greeted us with lovely music in the room, a handwritten card, and a chilled bottle of champagne. They even gave us the best room with a view! The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the waterfront and walking distance to everything in town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff made sure we had a fantastic experience.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking Seneca Lake directly in front of the harbor. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable with luxurious bedding. The hotel facilities were great, with a large shower and terrific water pressure. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. the location was perfect, within walking distance to most activities in the area.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We loved the wall-to-wall ceramic-tiled shower and the luxurious bathrobes provided. The hotel provided a local newspaper in the morning and a well-stocked coffee station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the Seneca Lake area and enjoy everything it has to offer.

The staff treated us like royalty, and everything we needed was within the hotel or walking distance. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel has beautiful holiday decorations, adding to the overall ambiance. We highly recommend trying the food at the restaurant and bar, as it was delicious. The location was outstanding, with a short walk to the park and the stunning views of the lake. The concierge provided helpful suggestions for activities and places to visit in this city. this hotel was among the best we've experienced in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the Finger Lakes, and the helpfulness of the staff.
