Gatlinburg Inn provided us with a quintessential Gatlinburg experience. It's located right in the heart of downtown, allowing us to easily walk to nearly everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious and varied. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the old-fashioned charm of the building and furnishings added to the overall experience.
The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains yet right in the center of town. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without having to trek up-and-down hills. The hotel facilities were fantastic, from the cozy stone-floored dining hall to the front porch sitting area with a fireplace. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making it the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast they provided every morning, with a variety of hot and well-rounded options to choose from.
