I loved the hotel's perfect location right on the beautiful beach and just a short stroll away from the charming old town of Marbella. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the stunning pool area and the sunbed area down by the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel, both inside and in the outside areas, was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it the best selection I've ever had. The hotel's convenient location also allowed for easy access to both Banus and La Cala, making it an ideal base for exploring this city.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I absolutely loved the hotel's beach location in a quiet cove, which made it incredibly relaxing. The fact that there was no road in between the hotel and the beach was a major plus. The private beach club was a great addition and provided a luxurious experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay.
Was all great.
The staff were brilliant - very polite, helpful, and nothing was too much of a task for them. The service around the pool and beach areas was lovely, really maximising our relaxation time. The music and atmosphere were also a plus. The spa facilities were great, and I had a relaxing 25-minute massage with a brilliant therapist. The rooms were beautifully decorated, fitting in well with the contemporary yet rustic beach theme of the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
